Industrial Land

Industrial land use means the use of land primarily for the purpose of manufacturing, production, fabrication or assembly processes and ancillary services. Industrial land use does not include any recreational component. Industrial Land Use means the usage of a parcel of real estate for manufacturing operations using machinery and mechanical power to produce products or services, or for a service business that provides storage facilities, product distribution or maintenance or repair services for machinery.
